eisvogel hat
On my daily walks I often encountered the kingfisher, so the idea arose to create a design with its charming iridescent colors. This is how the small set of the „Eisvogel Hat“ and the „Eisvogel Mittens“ was designed.
The hat is knitted in the round from 8 colors of soft Jamieson’s of Shetland yarn. The amount of yarn given is also enough for the „Eisvogel Mittens“.

Size: 52.5 cm outer circumference x 20.5 cm from brim to crone
The hat fits a head circumference between 55 cm and 57 cm. The model in the photos has a head circumference of 56 cm.
Yarn: 200 g Jamieson’s of Shetland Spindrift (25 g/ 105 m) – 8 different colors (enough additionally for the „Eisvogel Mittens“).
To change the size you can use knitting needles or yarn with a different size and weight.
Knitting needles: 1 circular knitting needle – 40 cm and double pointed needles – 20 cm of size 3 mm each
